Very first week of halwa puri, I ordered halwa puri but they gave me something else without even notifying me that they don’t have halwa puri left and instead some thing similar called kahporai. When I complained the owner lady gave a silly explanation that they are the thicker form of puri and instead of 4 puri they gave me 2 (according to her -value for money). Instead of making a scene I left and recorded my complaint. Very disappointed. The guy at the reception was kind but owners were terrible. So the one star I have given is for the guy at the front for his customer services. H

My dear husband went all the way to the southall store to get me sweets for Diwali.. I’ve never been so disappointed with a box of sweets. There was dried ginger in some of the sweets.. that’s the last thing I wanted to taste in my sweets. I would never ever buy sweets from Royal Sweets. You’ve ruined my Diwali indulgence

We just wanted to let you know that we hate the new formulation of your rasmalai. It feels like you have changed the recipe by removing the cream and
Richness and taken out the saffron and added more cheap sugar to compensate. We would rather pay more and have the original recipe back!! What happened?

Please bring back our original rasmalai- we are an extended family of 70 and we all love it!!!
